Adapt Global Solutions takes the protection of personal data seriously. This policy explains which data is processed when you visit adaptglobalsolutions.be or when you contact us, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer: the nature and volume of our processing activities do not require one. Any question relating to personal data can be sent to the address above.
2. No cookies, no analytics
This website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics or tracking tools (no Google Analytics or equivalent), no social media widgets and no remote web fonts. Every resource (styles, script, images) is served from this domain alone. That is why you are not shown a consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
3. Data processed
3.1 Hosting server logs
Like any web server, our host automatically records certain data when a page is served: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type and operating system. These logs are used solely to keep the site running, secure and stable. We do not use them for commercial analysis and do not combine them with any other source.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — ensuring the security and availability of the service.
- Retention: a short period defined by the host; we keep no copy of our own.
3.2 Email correspondence
This website contains no forms. If you write to the address shown, we process your email address, your name if you provide it, and the content of your message — solely in order to reply and, where relevant, continue the exchange.
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: as long as needed to handle your request, then a maximum of three years from the last contact, unless a longer statutory retention period applies (notably accounting obligations).
4. Recipients and processors
Your data is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. It is accessible only to the company's founders and to the technical providers strictly necessary to run this website and our mailbox:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and page delivery.
- Google Ireland Limited — email service used to receive and store our correspondence.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are governed by the mechanisms set out in Chapter V of the GDPR, in particular the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss and alteration. As no system is infallible, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
Under Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data at any time:
- Access — obtain a copy of the data concerning you.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure — request deletion of your data.
- Restriction — temporarily freeze a processing activity.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured format.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@adaptglobalsolutions.be. We reply within one month. Proof of identity may be requested where there is reasonable doubt as to the identity of the person making the request.
